With a yearning by photography passionate consumers for product education & inspiration by highly engaged, dynamic and passionate Nikon teaching team for both live and online sessions, the customer journey and experience is paramount and is constantly reviewed to ensure that every single enquiry & new enrolment is treated as a VIP, managed accordingly to drive retention on their photographic educational journey wherever possible. All consumer insights are collated as part of post class reporting and used to shape and build the program moving forward. Post consumer reporting fundamentally becomes paramount to the future direction and evolution of this program
