Nikon Australia has engaged MEA to to oversee, develop & work with internal stakeholders to grow this very highly customer engaged channel & pillar of the Nikon Australia business whilst overseeing the following;

  • Overall Business model objectives
  • Customer journey and experience end to end
  • Sales and pricing strategy
  • Development of course curriculum, content & overall experience 
  • Liaison with Nikon's best in class photography lecturers
  • Nationwide venue/location sourcing, production and logistics
  • Content marketing and acquisition
  • Ongoing review of channel to remain best in class
  • Online portal front and backend management and reporting

With a yearning by photography passionate consumers for product education & inspiration by highly engaged, dynamic and passionate Nikon teaching team for both live and online sessions, the customer journey and experience is paramount and is constantly reviewed to ensure that every single enquiry & new enrolment is treated as a VIP, managed accordingly to drive retention on their photographic educational journey wherever possible. All consumer insights are collated as part of post class reporting and used to shape and build the program moving forward. Post consumer reporting fundamentally becomes paramount to the future direction and evolution of this program
